Set up appointment for 9am today. Calls us at 8:45am to cancel, saying that they texted us yesterday with questions and we did not answer them, but we di not receive any texts. The guy then tries to set up another appt for tomorrow. Shady stuff. The owner needs to check his personnel because they are losing him money. 2 bathroom remodels gone to your competitors.

I’m genuinely not sure how this company has any negative reviews. I came across a few from people who admit they never even had work done, which honestly made me wonder if they were from competitors.

I chose All Island Bath because they’ve been in business for 35 years, and that kind of longevity says a lot. Guy, the owner, is well known on the Island and came highly recommended by a couple of friends who had already used him for their own remodeling projects. My dad used him to install a walk-in tub as well.

I hired All Island Bath to remodel my kitchen and two bathrooms, and from start to finish the process was smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent, Guy and his team were always responsive, followed through on everything, and were readily available to answer my questions.

On installation day, the crew was professional, efficient, and extremely thorough. They worked swiftly, paid close attention to detail, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.
I absolutely love how my kitchen and bathrooms turned out. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend All Island Bath to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality remodeling work.

If I could give a zero I would. Called this company for pricing. They insisted they didn’t know how much they charge unless they get to invade your home first. Then they warned me about scammers and to only trust their company as they’re honest. Tried to be honest about my situation and they totally ghosted me. So who’s the one who’s scamming who? Saw a coupon in the midweek that’s why I contacted them but after reading the negative reviews about them, that’s why they were offering the coupon because not getting enough business for poor workmanship!!!

Guy and his people did my parents’ (they’re seniors and don’t know much about posting online hence I’m doing it for them) bathroom last year. They did such a sloppy job everything was half assed.
The mirror hung so high that the light fixture is covering a good part of it while the gap to the bottom leaves shorter people needing to tip toe to see a reflection. That same light fixture has extra holes drilled into the wall that were never puttied over.
The base boards under the cabinets that were installed are laughable. One the section that is actually fully covered has the exposed compressed wood visible as opposed to a finished cut/corner. Then the other piece of base boards only goes up half way! It isn’t noticeable unless you really bend down so my parents hadn’t even realized what a poor job they did.
Then the back edge (where it should be touching the wall) there is a gap so large that I can easy slide a pair of chopsticks between there. They didn’t mount the cabinets flush against the wall (so how secure are they really mounted??) now did they caulk/ finish the joint lines.
In fact I didn’t think they completely caulked/ finished a single thing fully. The shelves they installed in the shower all have at least one edge in caulked. The edge of the shower pan (where it meets the wall) finished and ready to let water soak in) the faucet in caulked and loose. Then the seams they did caulk are terribly messy. The counter edge that meets the cabinets being the worse. There’s an approximately 2-3” diameter of yellowing crusty caulk smears. In the shower the silicone caulk noticeably bumpy and peeling.

The whole job is just an absolute mess. They really do not care about their customers once they get their money. Zero out of ten. Do not recommend!

I had an excellent experience with All Island Bath Remodeling! I can not say enough good things about company owner Guy Kakugawa. He listened to my concerns, paid attention to detail, kept in communication with me and got the job done right the first first time in a timely manner. I felt as if he treated me like I was his best customer! Guy is the epitome of professionalism and dedication to his field! I highly recommend Guy and All Island Bath Remodeling as your first choice for your kitchen and bathroom remodeling needs. Big Mahalo to Guy and his work crew!

The team of Alan and Eric did superb work with my master bathroom remodeling. It was easy to work with Alan and convey the vision I have picturing how I want the bathroom to look like, i.e. bath fixtures and accessories. I'm glad Guy convinced me to go with the on counter top sink. It is easier to keep clean. Just waiting on the special order of the square rain shower head, hand held unit, and grab bars to arrive for installation. I'm sure that it'll enhance a high end spa or hotel feel, which it already does.
The only thing that the office staff is not good about is returning emails and phone calls. It takes days or repeated attempts to contact them to inquire when the parts will be in to completely finish the job.
Seven months after the remodel, 09/24/2023 the newly installed toilet began to leak water on the LVT floor. I turned off the shut off valve and called All Island. There was only a voice mailbox to Guy's phone. I left two messages regarding the leak in three hours with no call back. Poor customer service from office staff.
